Definition 1:
"Technological literacy involves computer skills
and the ability to use computers and other technology
to improve learning, productivity, and performance."
An earlier post defined digital literacy was defined, as by me, which is the same as technological literacy. The issues are the same, where in some circles the idea of digital, or technological, literacy is accepted and embraced and in others, they are skeptical about the practical usage.
Definition 2:
"The events that involved reading, writing,
and communicating within computer-based
environments, all of which have come to be
socially identified as literate activities."
